Our two building addition to the Lodge was constructed during the winter of 2011-2012. These two-story buildings contain our 500 square foot signature king patio/balcony and signature double queen
patio/balcony rooms. These rooms include large windows with breathtaking views of the red rock of
Zion. In addition, each room has a private patio or balcony area. Additional amenities for these rooms
include: central HVAC system and quiet ceiling fans, USB ports, clocks with iPod docking station, flat
screen televisions, custom-made recycled teak furnishings, a separate bathtub and shower, Kuerig
coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, energy efficient insulation, and sound insulation
between building floors.
From the moment you enter Driftwood Lodge's new Signature Double Queen and Single King Patio/Balcony rooms, you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the red rocks of Zion seen through the oversized windows. From the private patio or balcony areas you can watch the sun rise over the Watchman Peak and light up the West Temple. In the evenings the Watchman turns red as the sun sets in the west. The 500 square foot rooms are both large and comfortable with sizeable bathrooms that contain separate tub and shower, granite countertops, inroom hairdryers. In the amenities area just off the entrance guests will a find Kuerig coffee maker, built in microwave and refrigerator with plenty of granite countertop for brewing a cup of coffe or tea or preparing a snack. Nothing has been spared in creating the perfect room for your stay at the Lodge: the floor to ceiling draperiess, recycled teak furniture, and wall colors that calm and soothe the soul. All the rooms have central HVAC systems, quiet ceiling fans, energy efficient insulation and special concrete sound insulation barriers between building floors. Should you wish to be a part of the outside world, the rooms come equipped with USB ports, clocks with iPod docking station and flat screen televisions.
