About Chef Jeff

Jeff Crosland, Executive Chef and former owner of Spotted Dog Restaurant, (recently voted Best Restaurant in Southwest Utah –Salt Lake Magazine, February 2009),has moved and welcomes you to his new restaurant and location at the Driftwood Lodge.

Owner and Chef Jeff Crosland is classically French-trained from Le Cordon Bleu Western Culinary Institute, and in restaurant industry for more than 15 years.

A Chef for over 9 years, Chef Jeff has proven he has the expertise to provide an exquisite and personalized dining experience.

World-class gourmet dishes, an extensive wine bar and cheese list ~ to be experienced in the surroundings of the spectacular breathtaking geographical location in southwesten Utah.

Chef Jeff personally provides a magnificent life-time dining experience never to be forgotten.

Make a Reservation

Check availability and make reservations easily online.

Driftwood Lodge requires advance payment or valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation. Should your plans change, you must cancel your reservation by 12:00 PM Mountain Time (noon), 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you don't cancel on a timely basis, your card will be billed for the full amount of the first night's stay. When the reservation is cancelled properly, you will be issued a cancellation number.
