Owner and Chef, Jeff Crosland is classically French-trained from Le Cordon Bleu Western Culinary Institute, and has been in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years.
A Chef for over 9 years, Chef Jeff has proven he has the expertise to provide an exquisite and personalized dining experience.
World-class gourmet dishes, an extensive wine bar and cheese list ~ to be experienced in the surroundings of the spectacular breathtaking geographical location in southwesten Utah. Diners can choose to experience their meal at the casual bar, on the romanticaly lit front patio, in the shadows of Zion on the back patio, or in the cozy dining room.
